Macgregor warns that if the war restarts it will be far more intense than the first round, with 5 to 7 days of sustained bombardment rather than 3 to 4, and that Iran has spent the ceasefire replenishing to near 100 percent readiness. He adds that Russian radars and Chinese anti-ship cruise missiles with a 300 kilometer range have been brought in, and that Russian and Chinese technicians are on the ground operating these systems. He says the CIA itself leaked to the New York Times that Iran emerged from the last round with roughly 90 percent of its military infrastructure intact, meaning the US would not be striking a weakened adversary but one that has watched every US targeting priority and prepared accordingly.
