According to Stevenson, Bitcoin runs on speculation, and when that fades, the collapse is inevitable. As long as people keep buying in, the price keeps rising, creating the illusion of endless profits. But the system isn’t designed for stability. It’s a game where everyone hopes they won’t be the last one holding when it crashes. Stevenson warns that these investments make money until they don’t, and when confidence disappears, Bitcoin could drop to zero in an instant.
