The ETF Selloff Is Finally Turning

Before that it was mixed inflows and outflows, a pretty normal market. Then ETF investors threw in the towel and sold aggressively. But that seems to have turned in the last week or two, with inflows appearing again. It feels great, and we may be into a new part of the market.
