Today I'm making a big change to my mining operation. After running ASIC miners through multiple market cycles, I've decided to shut down most of my home ASIC farm and transition more of my infrastructure toward AI GPU servers and GPU rentals. In this video I go through every miner currently in my farm, explain which units are being hosted, sold, traded, or relocated, and discuss why current market conditions have made it difficult to justify running many ASICs at home—even with relatively low electricity costs. We also take a look at the GPU hardware I've recently acquired, including RTX 3070s and RTX 3080s that will be used for upcoming AI and rental server builds. What do you think?
