Binance Unveils P2P Skill for Conversational Trading

Binance introduced its P2P Skill on July 24, an AI-powered assistant that lets users handle peer-to-peer trading tasks through natural-language requests instead of navigating menus and filters. The tool makes conversation the primary interface for checking live rates and comparing advertisements, with public browsing features available without an API key.

Personalized functions require an API key and allow users to review order history, monitor appeals and submit evidence during disputes. Merchants with the necessary permissions can also publish or update advertisements and manage operations at scale, placing order control and merchant workflows inside the same conversational layer.

Binance said the Skill uses official APIs, stores keys locally and does not request withdrawal permissions, while users retain control over enabled access. The next test is whether traders adopt the assistant for routine execution without weakening security discipline, because its value depends on combining faster commands with carefully limited API permissions.
