Bitcoin Miner Bitdeer is expanding its AI infrastructure footprint with a new 10-year agreement for a 65.1MW data center in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The deal gives the company its largest AI capacity addition in Southeast Asia and strengthens its push to diversify beyond cryptocurrency mining.

The A202 facility sits on the same campus as Bitdeer AI’s 21.7MW A201 site. Once both are operating, the campus will provide 86.8MW of AI cloud capacity based on critical IT load. Bitdeer expects A202 to begin receiving power in the third quarter of 2027.
