Bitcoin’s record weekly gain has pushed BTC into a fresh decision zone after the cryptocurrency added $14,264 in seven days and closed the week at $77,387. The 22.7% advance was the largest dollar-denominated weekly increase in Bitcoin’s history.
The move began after the U.S. Treasury doubled planned liquidity-support buybacks for longer-dated debt from $2 billion to at least $4 billion per operation, while renewed demand through U.S. spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds added another source of buying.
