According to a report from The Wall Street Journal on Sept. 7, the project takes its name from the Hunter Biden laptop controversy that emerged during the 2020 U.S. election. The token launch will be on Base, an Ethereum layer-2 network developed by Coinbase, amid continued growth in political-themed cryptocurrency projects.
