Kraken Adds Native Injective USDC, Expanding Injective’s Stablecoin Footprint
Injective said that Kraken enabled native USDC deposits and withdrawals on Injective, giving clients a direct path between the exchange and the network. The integration removes the need to route funds through another blockchain, making native stablecoin access a simpler entry point into Injective’s onchain markets.
USDC on Injective is issued natively by Circle and can be used for trading, settlement, payments and capital allocation. Kraken users can now withdraw USDC directly to an Injective address and deposit it back through the same network, while fewer transfer steps reduce friction for active capital moving onchain.
The launch expands a relationship that already includes INJ trading, staking and validator infrastructure. Kraken also operates an institutional validator on Injective, while native USDC adds direct dollar liquidity for tokenized assets and applications. The next test is whether exchange-level access translates into deeper stablecoin usage across Injective’s financial ecosystem.
