The disclosure, signed August 21, showed Pelosi’s household purchased 15,000 Bloom Energy Class A shares across two transactions on July 24 and July 28, 2026. They also bought 200 call options with a $100 strike price expiring June 17, 2027. The combined position is valued between roughly $4.25 million and $14.5 million under congressional reporting ranges.
