Burry shorted Oracle at $144.63 per share. This came just days after he closed an earlier Oracle short, which he said delivered substantial profit. He noted he may have re-entered if volatility came down, and it did.
He also opened a direct equity short on Nebius Group at $211.77. Burry chose not to use options because implied volatility on Nebius puts exceeded 100%, making them too expensive.
