The 13G filing, submitted Thursday, shows Musk holds 6.42 billion shares of SpaceX Class A common stock as of June 30. That gives him a 48.4% stake in the company.
At current market prices, that position is worth more than $900 billion. But Musk was quick to push back on that number.
