AI Growth Breaks Out After a Flat Start

The chart's shape lines up with recent benchmark results. Grok 4.5, the model built by Musk's xAI, recently topped an independent agent benchmark from Artificial Analysis. It beat rival systems on both cost and speed.

Musk has also said SpaceX engineering data will feed Grok's next training run. The data excludes material restricted under U.S. arms-export rules. The move is meant to sharpen Grok's reasoning on real-world physical problems, an area where text-only data tends to fall short.
