H100 Sharply Expands Bitcoin Position in Share-Funded Deal
H100 Group said August 10 that it completed its previously announced acquisition, adding 2,455.4 bitcoin at an implied value of about $62,900 per coin and lifting total holdings to roughly 3,506 BTC. The transaction makes a 234% treasury expansion the defining outcome of the deal, sharply increasing the companyโs Bitcoin exposure.

H100 described the transaction as the largest M&A deal in Europeโs public Bitcoin equity sector and the first Bitcoin-for-Bitcoin public-market acquisition. Consideration was paid entirely in H100 shares at 1.0x mNAV, with an implied share price of SEK 1.86 and no cash component, making share-based consolidation the mechanism behind the treasury jump.
