Broadridge Expands Digital-Asset Platform to U.S. Wealth Managers

Broadridge Financial Solutions has expanded its next-generation digital-assets platform to the United States, enabling broker-dealers, registered investment advisers and wealth managers to offer cryptocurrencies and tokenized securities alongside traditional investments through a unified operating model. The company announced the U.S. rollout on September 14, five days after launching its separate DLX tokenization infrastructure platform.

The initial U.S. configuration connects Broadridge with Anchorage Digital and Galaxy Digital for custody, wallet, liquidity and related digital-asset infrastructure, according to Broadridge’s announcement. The structure puts the company in the role of an operational and distribution layer for wealth firms, rather than presenting the launch as a standalone consumer crypto service.

Anchorage and Galaxy provide initial infrastructure

Broadridge’s U.S. digital-assets platform initially connects to Anchorage Digital and Galaxy Digital as infrastructure providers. Broadridge said the integrations give firms access to custody, wallets, liquidity and related digital-asset infrastructure. The offering allows wealth businesses to support cryptocurrencies and tokenized securities alongside traditional investments through a unified operating model.
