Justin Sun said a federal judge rejected World Liberty Financial’s attempt to move all claims in their legal dispute into private arbitration, allowing Sun’s individual claims to remain in public court.

Judge Keeps Justin Sun’s Individual Claims in Court

Sun said Thursday that the decision followed a hearing in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. The case, Sun et al. v. World Liberty Financial LLC, was filed in April and is assigned to U.S. District Judge James Donato.
