RedStone Brings BTC Yield to Bitget With a Strategy Vault Leveraging Morpho’s Lending Markets
RedStone said July 31 that it is powering a new Bitcoin strategy vault for Bitget users on the Morph blockchain. Built by Gauntlet on Aera and using Morpho lending markets, the product gives Bitget’s 125 million-plus users access to yield while RedStone supplies the pricing layer behind the strategy.
Users deposit BTC, which is converted in the background into bgBTC and used as collateral to borrow USDC through Morpho. Gauntlet’s strategy returns the net yield to depositors, with launch rates of 3% APY on BTC and 18% on USDC. The vault turns wrapped Bitcoin collateral into a managed lending position, while BGB is planned as an additional collateral option.
RedStone also enabled Atom, which auctions liquidation rights in under 300 milliseconds to recover value that would otherwise flow to bots. Gauntlet controls loan-to-value limits, liquidation thresholds and supply caps, while RedStone provides BTC-USD pricing and plans a multi-source BGB feed. The next test is whether oracle design and liquidation efficiency can support durable BTC yield at Bitget scale.
