Why you still cannot withdraw your ZIL after the hard fork

A hard fork is a rule change in a blockchain's protocol that every node has to adopt, because only the new rule applies afterwards. The Zilliqa hard fork of September 2 did one single thing: it moved the ZIL balances of a first group of ten exchange partners from their old legacy addresses to their Zilliqa EVM addresses.
