At current prices, the allocation is worth approximately $1.2 billion, creating a significant test for a token that has recently reached record levels.

HYPE climbed to an all-time high of $83.27 on August 23 before pulling back toward the upper-$70 range. Its market capitalization remains close to $20 billion, while daily trading volume has also expanded sharply.
