Accenture (ACN) stock dropped 3% and Alphabet (GOOGL) fell 1% in early Tuesday trading after the two companies announced a new joint business unit focused on deploying AI engineers directly inside client organisations.
The new group is called the Accenture Gemini Enterprise Business Group. It will bring together Accenture’s Gemini Enterprise-certified professionals, specialised Google Cloud engineers, and Accenture’s industry experts.
The goal is to help companies get real, measurable results from agentic AI, not just pilot projects that go nowhere.
