MEXC Reports Storage and Memory Stock Futures Dominated Trading During Big Tech Earnings Season

Mutsamudu, Comoros, September 1, 2025 — MEXC, a pioneer in 0-fee digital asset trading, has released new data on individual stock futures activity during the latest U.S. tech earnings season. Between July 20 and August 7, 2026, when six major U.S. technology companies reported, storage and memory stocks accounted for 67.3% of trading, up from 57.5% over the preceding 19 days. The combined share of Alphabet, Tesla, Meta, Microsoft, Apple, and Amazon barely moved, from 2.6% to 2.7%.
Storage and memory stocks therefore held nearly 25 times the trading share of the six major technology companies. Chip design and manufacturing, the group that includes NVIDIA, also remained almost unchanged at 5.4%, compared with 5.3% before the period; NVIDIA had not reported at the time.
