In today's POV build video, I continue expanding my AI GPU rental farm by installing my second AI GPU server into the rack. Before the server could go online, I had to relocate all of my PDUs, install a brand-new 5,000 CFM exhaust fan, reorganize the power distribution, and rethink whether smart PDUs are actually worth using. I also explain why I decided against enterprise managed PDUs, how I'm monitoring power consumption at the circuit level instead, and the differences between enterprise AI hosting and my own mid-sized GPU rental setup. Once everything is wired up, I install an 8x RTX 3070 server, connect it to my 10Gb network, configure SimplePod, and list it on the rental marketplace. We also take a look at idle power consumption, estimated maximum load, and what it takes to continue scaling an AI GPU hosting business from a home lab. If you've ever wondered what goes into building AI GPU rental infrastructure, this video shows the process from start to finish.
