SpaceX Launches $4.3 Billion Roman Telescope to Study Dark Energy

SpaceX has launched NASA’s $4.3 billion Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope aboard a Falcon Heavy, beginning a planned five-to-10-year mission. The observatory will study dark matter and dark energy while searching for exoplanets, using its wide field of view to survey the universe far faster than Hubble.
