1. Focus on one concept at a time. Pick RSI, support levels, candlestick patterns — whatever. Go deep on that one thing for days or weeks before moving on. Don't bounce around. 2. Education before trading. Always. I see new traders open a brokerage account before they understand anything and just start clicking. That's not trading. That's donating. 3. Give learning the time it deserves. I spent four months treating education like a full-time job. Eight hours a day. It wasn't glamorous, but it's the reason I didn't blow up my account. 4. When you do start trading, start small. Once you have a real foundation, trade with a small amount of capital. Enough to learn from, not enough to hurt you. 5. Don't do both at the same time. Learning and trading simultaneously is where losses stack up fast. Keep the phases separate until you're genuinely ready to combine them. There's no shortcut to this. The foundation is everything.
