TRON’s blockchain crossed 400 million total accounts on August 23, 2026, according to an announcement from TRON DAO. The network also reported more than 15.2 billion transactions processed and total transfer volume surpassing $29 trillion.
The first 100 million accounts took four years to reach after the genesis block launched on June 25, 2018. The network then hit 200 million accounts on December 7, 2023, 300 million on April 12, 2025, and has now crossed 400 million — doubling its count in under three years.
TRON founder Justin Sun said the milestone reflects “growing demand for accessible blockchain infrastructure” and pointed to stablecoin payments, cross-border transfers, and tokenized assets as core use cases driving that growth.
