Gate First Launches Japanese Stock Trading, Expanding Its One-Stop Global Asset Trading Platform
Gate has officially launched Japanese stock trading, initially offering around 300 stocks listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE), further expanding its global equity market coverage. Japanese stock trading is now available on Gate Web, with the feature coming soon to the Gate App. Users can trade Japanese stocks directly on Gate using USDT, without the need to open a separate traditional Japanese brokerage account or convert funds into Japanese yen.
The approximately 300 Japanese stocks available at launch are listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE), covering markets including the Prime Market. The selection focuses on representative stocks with relatively large market capitalizations, strong liquidity, and high market attention, including Toyota Motor (7203.P), Sony Group (6758.P), SoftBank Group (9984.P), Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (8306.P), Nintendo (7974.P), and Tokyo Electron (8035.P). Moving forward, Gate will continue to expand its Japanese stock coverage based on market demand, providing users with access to a broader range of quality assets.
