XRP Rises 30%: Here’s the Downside Target to Watch

Ripple’s native cryptocurrency XRP had a phenomenal run this week, surging nearly 31% over the past seven days. It went from a low of $1.15 to a high of $1.66 this week, but found support at $1.40. The leading altcoin is now looking to move upward, as buying activity has increased. The latest data from Traders Union shows that Spot XRP ETFs saw a total inflow of $1.57 billion in a week. The lowest single-day inflow was $125 million on August 20, 2026. The influx of funds has only increased since then, strengthening the altcoin’s prospects in the charts.
Now that XRP is maintaining its momentum, traders are increasingly cautious about the next downturn. The altcoin has a history of erasing gains after a rally, which makes taking an entry position now a risky affair. Moreover, the one thing that’s keeping the market up is Bitcoin’s performance. BTC is sustaining its $78,000 level and has not seen any backward momentum. The White House considering buying a sizeable number of Bitcoins is what’s keeping the broader cryptocurrency market up.
