Secret Network Quadruples the SCRT Supply: What Holders Have to Check Now

Since August 21, 2026 at 15:23 UTC there are around four times as many SCRT as there were the day before. Supply on the chain has risen from about 362 million to 1,443,318,642 SCRT. Your balance in the wallet has not changed in the process, but your share of the total has: what used to be the entire supply is today around 25 percent of it.
What triggered this was a governance decision by the project's own community, not a hack and not a fork. The much-quoted snapshot on September 1, 2026 is not taking place. And at Binance a delisting clock is running in parallel that stops trading on September 3. Anyone holding SCRT has to keep these three things apart, because each of them suggests a different action.
